From Chicago to Crown Point — bringing our experience, traditions, and passion to your table. Our journey in the restaurant business began more than 20 years ago in Chicago, where we learned the importance of authentic flavors, quality ingredients, hard work, and genuine hospitality. Over the years, we had the opportunity to work alongside talented people and gain valuable experience at restaurants including Francesca’s and Ottimo. Those years helped shape the way we think about food and service today. When we came to Crown Point, we wanted to bring that experience with us — but also create something of our own. That vision became Trattoria Roma, a place inspired by our love for Italian food and the traditions that have influenced our cooking throughout the years. As our journey continued, we created Fahrenheit Two Twelve, bringing together the flavors of the American steakhouse with the same passion for hospitality that has always been at the heart of our restaurants. Today, Trattoria Roma and Fahrenheit Two Twelve represent two sides of the same journey: Italian tradition and American favorites, brought together by years of experience and a passion for making people feel welcome. We are proud to call Crown Point home, and we are grateful to every guest who walks through our doors, shares a meal with us, celebrates a special occasion, or simply stops by for dinner.
